Price Match Guarantee

At The Home Flooring Store, we are committed to offering the best value on like-for-like flooring products. If you receive a lower quote from another retailer for an equivalent product, we will not only match it – we will beat it by 5%.

Eligibility Criteria

• The competitor’s quote must be for a like-for-like product in terms of specification, quality, and design.
• A physical sample of the quoted product must be provided for comparison.
• The quote must be presented at the point of sale.
• The Price Match applies to the total order value, not individual item prices.

How It Works

1. You provide us with the official written quote and a sample of the competitor’s product.
2. We will assess the sample and attempt to find a comparable match from our in-store range.
3. If a comparable match is found, and the quote is valid at the time of purchase, we will:
   1. Beat the competitor’s total quote by 5% OR
   2. If we are unable to beat the quote by 5% for a confirmed like-for-like match from our stock, we will supply the flooring free of charge.

Exclusions

• This guarantee does not apply to clearance, discontinued, or end-of-line products.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Only valid at the point of sale – retrospective claims will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of competitor quotes and determine product comparability. The Price Match Guarantee may be withdrawn or amended at any time at our discretion.
