Orders & Payments
No, we do not currently offer any finance or credit options.
No, you can pay a deposit when placing your order. However, your order must be paid in full before installation can be scheduled or proceed.
While we are happy to provide product details and availability over the phone, all orders must be placed in-store. This ensures we capture accurate measurements, installation requirements, and any other essential details.
Returns are accepted under certain conditions, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Pre-packaged, unused flooring can typically be returned within 14 days.

Custom-cut or bespoke items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Yes, we can store your flooring for up to 6 weeks free of charge. After this period, a storage fee may apply. Please speak to a store advisor for further information.
Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from your selected store. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and someone to help you load the products safely.
